Topics include number of infected cases being decreasing, the loss of life being reducing, and social and economic activities again started resuming;and globalization moving towards de-globalization and various supply chains such as human talents, financial capital, ideas, and information.

An editorial is presented to the article reviewing and publishing numerous short essays on social work responses to the pandemic of COVID-19, have reflected on the challenges and opportunities for centennial crisis.
